cockerel250On this page are linoprints of birds of all sizes and descriptions, ranging from comical ostriches to singing robins and wrens, rather common cormorants – and threatening rooks.

Some prints are made by cutting the lino and printing one or two colour plates.  Other prints are made by etching the lino using caustic soda.  Often other material such as music or maps are also used in the prints in the chine colle style.
